Wat does ID Holding do?
ID Holding BV, a limited liability private company under Belgian law, with registered office at Hertendreef 16A 2980 Zoersel, registered with the Belgian chamber of Commerce with number 0690.712.650, is a developer of software to engage in yield farming in decentralized finance.
ID Holding processes personal data of natural persons in the context of its services and activities, and this may concern natural persons who are a customer, users of the platforms and software of ID Holding, partners, the contact persons within the active network of ID Holding, its employees, etc.

Which personal data is being processed by ID Holding?
ID Holding processes the personal data necessary for the execution of the abovementioned activities. It also concerns data that is necessary for ID Holding to carry out its company activities.
For example, it may concern your surname, first name and contact details, but also your choice of language, your passport details, bank account numbers, email address and your website behavior. Also the communication you conduct with ID Holding as a user.
ID Holding in principal does not processes sensitive personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.

ID Holding uses this email address only for the services for which it was subscribed. Legal basis and purposes of processing

Source of personal data
ID Holding obtains the personal data they process in the first place of the natural persons themselves. Of course we never abuse this data and only use it in such a way in order to optimize our services towards you.
Duration of processing
ID Holding will always anonymize all personal data, where possible, as much as possible.
ID Holding does not retain the personal data it processes for longer than necessary for the purposes of the processing. This shall on a regularly basis be reviewed and evaluated by ID Holding.
In principle, ID Holding does not retain the personal data for more than five (5) years from the moment the data was obtained. If necessary, for instance in case of legal proceedings or (contractual) obligations, it is possible that the personal data must of course be kept longer.
ID Holding does not retain personal data from its employees longer than five (5) years after the termination of the employment contract / service agreement, except in the case of legal proceedings, in which case the data can be processed up to three (3) years after the final settlement.
Any sensitive data will only be kept for the duration necessary for the performance of the contract concerned or as long as it is necessary to maintain it in one way or another to allow ID Holding to show that it has executed the agreement in a correct manner.
ID Holding keeps the personal data they process up to date and corrects them where necessary.
Security of personal data
ID Holding guarantees the integrity, security and confidentiality of the personal data, both technically and organizationally. ID Holding stores personal data on its own secure servers or on secure third-party servers.
Processing by / transfer to external partners
ID Holding primarily processes the personal data itself (both internally and externally for information and communication purposes).
ID Holding only passes on data to partners if this is necessary for certain performances to run safe, correct and smoothly. Only the strictly necessary data will of course be communicated. ID Holding also passes on personal data to external partners, but this to the extent that this is necessary for the fulfillment of its activities. The necessary agreements will always be concluded with these partners as to limit the use and processing of your personal data and to guarantee adequate protection of your personal data.
If ID Holding transfers personal data to someone outside the EU, if necessary for the performance of the activities, and its location is not on a list of 'safe countries' (under the GDPR), ID Holding will do so to the extent of the possibility of appropriate security safeguards.

You can exercise your rights free of charge and electronically via the contact information stated above. ID Holding can charge you an administrative fee in case of excessively demanding requests.
